This 31.6 cm pan features patented NoCo® nonstick technology, pressed directly into ultra-hardened titanium to create a naturally hydrophobic surface, without chemical coatings or PFAS.

Its fully-clad tri-ply construction includes a high-shine stainless steel exterior, an ultra-conductive aluminium core, and a resilient titanium interior that delivers fast, even heat and long-lasting durability. The pan handles oven temperatures up to 1000°F and is safe for use with metal utensils and dishwasher cycles.

It includes a premium metal and silicone spatula, complete with a patented rest system that keeps your tool clean and within reach. Care & Use

•Heat safe up to 1000°F.
•Dishwasher safe.
•Safe for use with metal utensils.
•Coat the interior with high smoke point oil to activate the nonstick.
•Interior is safe for use with abrasive sponges like steel wool.
•Wash exterior with a soft sponge to avoid scratches.
To deep clean, deglaze with boiling water and a tablespoon of baking soda on the stovetop. Or, make a paste of baking soda and vinegar and scrub the interior.
•Use caution! Handles and knobs may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven. Use heat protection when handling hot cookware.
