However, since not all types of magnesium supplements are created equal, many forms of magnesium are not well-absorbed and can lead to gastrointestinal (GI) upset. Optimal Magnesium provides two well-tolerated forms of bioavailable magnesium in one capsule.
What's inside
Dimagnesium Malate: A well-tolerated and highly absorbable form of magnesium bound to malic acid, a compound in the Krebs cycle that supports energy production. Malate's role in ATP production supports healthy exercise performance and muscle recovery.
Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate Chelate: Magnesium bound to glycine and lysine supports optimal absorption and utilisation of magnesium, as well as relaxation and feelings of calm. This form of magnesium is well-absorbed, supports normal tissue formation, and may be less likely to produce laxative effects or GI upset. Glycine acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain to support relaxation, while lysine plays a role in collagen formation for healthy tissue.

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
