Each capsule contains: • Vitamin C (sourced from organic amla fruit) 20mg, • Zinc (sourced from oyster & shiitake mushrooms and holy basil) 2mg, • Organic Moringa Leaf (prebiotic) 60mg, • Tapioca (capsule shell)

Children (2-12yrs): It's recommend you twist open the small capsules and give the contents as follows: Age 2-3 years: Give ONE capsule each day mixed with food or drink. Age 4-12 years: Give TWO capsules each day mixed with food or drink. The capsules can also be swallowed whole with water.
