Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
Tru Niagen is meant to be taken daily to support increased NAD+ levels. If you're a new user, we recommend starting with 300mg/day, which is clinically proven to increase NAD+ levels by up to 50% in as soon as two weeks, and allow your cells to establish a new baseline NAD+ level with continued supplementation over the course of about eight weeks. Please note that everyone's experience will be different, and is greatly dependent on your overall health and other factors. Depending on how you feel taking 300mg, you can start taking more Tru Niagen to further increase NAD+. Tru Niagen is safe to consume up to 2,000mg/day.
