Mix 1 scoop (8.5 g) with 500 ml water.

Take once daily, preferably during the daytime for Vitamin D efficacy.

Do not mix with other blends.

Wait at least 2 hours before taking another Shield for maximum absorption.

This product is a complete multivitamin. Do not combine with additional vitamins unless advised by your healthcare practitioner.
