No, WHOOP 5.0 and MG are not compatible with 4.0 bands. They’re designed with a new size and upgraded hardware, so you’ll need bands made specifically for these devices.

You can use either the Basic Charger or the new Wireless PowerPack to charge your device. Please note that the 4.0 Battery Pack will not work with the new device.

Unpair your 4.0 in Device Settings. Wake your WHOOP by sliding it onto a charger. Open the app, go to Device Settings > Advanced > Pair a Device, and follow the in-app steps. A blue LED on your device means it’s ready to pair.
