Healf is now my 'go to' company

Healf is now my 'go to' company for all health products, and I have been subscribing to the 'Healf Zone' blood tests and follow up appointments for over a year. I have found the Healf Zone invaluable in monitoring and optimising my own health. The Healf site weekly updates on social media and email, are a good source of information, and bring some nuance to discussions regarding health and wellbeing. The Healf website itself has a very large and comprehensive array of products available. I have found their Customer service to be remarkably helpful every time I have dealt with them. This is my first Trustpilot review, but Healf was good enough to warrant it. I have worked in consumer tech in the past and know the challenges of running an efficient support desk, handling logistics at scale and launching new products like Healf Zone. Consistently impressed with both the quality of their products (beautiful packaging on blood kit), and the standard of care they hold themselves to. One of my packages got returned to sender (which sometimes happens at my flat) and only 3 minutes after I got the Royal Mail notification, Healf had reached out personally saying that they were resending my package with next day priority shipping. Your dashboard also tracks your lifetime biomarker changes and curates a tailored daily supplement routine to keep you at your best. Built to evolve with you, Healf Bloods continuously refines its insights based on your progress and the latest science — so you always know exactly what your body needs.

If you still have a menstrual cycle, we recommend taking the test on day 2–3 of your period. At this point, your hormones are at their most balanced, giving the clearest baseline picture. Even if your cycle is irregular (e.g. PCOS), day 2–3 is still the best time to test. If you no longer have a cycle (e.g. post-menopause), you can take the test at any time.

Healf Bloods is currently available in the UK only and is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or under the age of 18.

Your Healf Bloods membership is an annual plan that includes two at-home blood tests — one every 6 months. Your first kit is shipped as soon as you join, and your second kit is delivered automatically 6 months later, so there’s no need to reorder. Your membership renews yearly, and you can inform us at anytime to stop renewal at the end of your annual cycle.

Your at-home test kit is shipped shortly after you join. Once you’ve collected your sample and posted it back, your results and personalised dashboard are typically ready within 72 hours of your sample reaching the lab.

Our experts believe that every six months is the optimal frequency for blood testing. This timeframe allows you to track meaningful changes in your biomarkers and see the impact of any adjustments you make to your wellbeing journey. Testing too frequently may not provide enough time for significant shifts to occur, while waiting longer than six months could mean missing key wellbeing insights and acting accordingly.
