Charlotte and Sean founded Rheal in 2016 under the name Super U, inspired by their personal health challenges. The entire range of Rheal Superfoods products are certified organic by Organic Farmers and Growers (OF&G) in the UK. Their range is also free from dairy and animal products, so are 100% vegan. In addition, Rheal products are gluten-free, use non-GMO ingredients and - with the exception of their energy bars - do not contain nuts.
The ingredients in Rheal supplements differ according to which blends you take, but each contain a number of health-boosting ingredients. These include baobab, which is rich in Vitamin C and supports overall health; barley grass, a gluten-free superfood high in protein, fibre and iron; and chlorella, a nutrient-dense freshwater algae. Moringa, with its high Vitamin C and antioxidants, and pineapple, which aids digestion with vitamins and bromelain, are also included. Wheatgrass supports gut health with its rich nutritional profile, while spirulina is noted for its exceptional nutrients.
