Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.

For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

How to Take:
Mix with approximately 170–240 ml (6–8 ounces) of water or juice and stir until fully dissolved.

For optimal results, it is recommended not to take it with food.

When to Take:
Body Calm may be used to promote deeper, more restful sleep, calm the body and mind, support muscular recovery, relax the muscles and nervous system, enhance cardiovascular health, improve bowel function, balance the microbiome, and support overall mood.

For general health benefits, take one serving (or the appropriate amount) daily, either in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

To support sleep, take approximately 30–45 minutes before bedtime. For those experiencing sleep difficulties, it is most effective when taken alongside five tablets of PerfectAmino and three capsules of Sleep.

How to Determine the Correct Amount:
As magnesium has a natural relaxing effect on the body, the best way to determine the appropriate dosage is by monitoring bowel movements.

Magnesium has a mild diuretic effect, drawing water into the intestines. When the body effectively absorbs the magnesium into the bloodstream, only a minimal amount remains in the intestine. However, if taken in excess, more will remain in the intestines, attracting additional water.

An insufficient amount may lead to constipation, whereas an excessive intake may result in diarrhoea.

The ideal dosage is achieved when bowel movements are soft but well-formed—neither too hard nor too loose. Adjust intake accordingly to maintain this balance.
