UK standard delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.

Next working day

For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.

International

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.

For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

For maximum utilisation of PerfectAmino, it’s best to take it 30 minutes before other fats or proteins, or 1-2 hours after. However, if this is not possible you will still get fantastic results and up to 99% utilization – so don’t worry! Start with the following amounts for your body weight:
Up to 110 lbs: Take 1 - 2 servings first thing in the morning or before bed.
110 - 140 lbs: Take 2 servings first thing in the morning or before bed.
140 - 170 lbs: Take at least 2 servings first thing in the morning and 1 before bed.

170 - 200+ lbs: Take at least 2 servings first thing in the morning and 1-2 before bed.

If you take those amounts you should be noticing positive changes within a couple of weeks.
NOTE: When taking two servings in a day it is most effective when taken at the same time, not split up.

If you workout daily: To improve performance, you may want to add 1-2 servings to the above. Taking it before bed maximises recovery, while taking it 20-30 minutes before a workout boosts endurance and prevents muscle loss. Aminos remain in the bloodstream for 2-3 hours, so no additional doses are needed post-workout.

If you are recovering from an illness: Follow the 1-3 servings recommendation by body weight and consider adding an extra serving if needed. Adjust as necessary based on your recovery, reducing the amount once you feel fully recovered.

If you are an elite athlete your numbers could raise even more. This is up to you, but it is not recommended going above 6 servings (or 6 scoops) unless you truly are doing extreme endurance sports.
