Ingrown Concentrate is a gentle spot oil formulated with natural ingredients such as coconut oil, tamanu oil, chamomile, and tea tree oil to nourish and calm the skin. The blend is designed to soften and condition, helping the skin feel smooth and comfortable after shaving or waxing. Paired with the textured finger mitt, it provides light exfoliation to refresh the skin’s surface, leaving it soft to the touch.

Gynecologically tested, cruelty-free, vegan, and free from parabens, phthalates, silicones, and artificial colours or fragrances, Ingrown Concentrate offers a clean, skin-friendly option for maintaining smooth, nourished skin.

Fur was founded by childhood friends Laura Schubert and Lillian Tung, who set out to challenge taboos around body hair and skin. Inspired by their belief that grooming should be clean, inclusive, and empowering, they developed gentle yet effective formulations designed for the most sensitive areas. Each product is gynecologically tested, cruelty-free, and crafted with natural ingredients, avoiding parabens, phthalates, and artificial fragrance. Fur’s mission is to normalise care for hair and skin everywhere, so you can feel comfortable, confident, and cared for in your own body.

UK standard delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.

Next working day

For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.

International

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.

For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

Where: Ingrown Concentrate should be used anywhere that you’re prone to redness or irritation, like your underarms, pubic area, legs, brows, lips, and chin.

How: In the shower, use the finger mitt (found in the Ingrown Concentrate box) to exfoliate, focusing on ingrowns or areas you know could use a little extra buff. Out of the shower, apply a few drops of Ingrown Concentrate on ingrowns, bumps, razor burn or angry skin.

When: We recommend using the finger mitt to exfoliate around 3-5 times a week, and using Ingrown Concentrate as many times as needed—you can either use it to treat spots that have already cropped up, or if you’re a super sensitive skin type and prone to bumps, daily use may be best as a preventative measure.

Multi Fur-pose: Rub a few drops on scars that feel particularly rough or itchy for soothed skin and a smoother texture.
