Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.

Next working day

For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.

International

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.

For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

OS-1 BODY: Apply OS-01 BODY to arms, legs, chest, back, and stomach. Massage until absorbed. Use 2 times daily.

OS-1 FACE: Dispense 1-2 pumps of OS-01 FACE onto fingers. Gently massage on the face, neck, and hands. Use 2 times daily.

OS-1 EYE: 1 pump of OS-01 EYE to tip of finger. Gently tap in a semi-circle around each eye, from the undereye to the eyelid and underneath the brow bone. Use 2 times daily.

PREP: Lather 1-2 pumps of PREP daily facial cleanser in damp hands until a light foam is formed. Gently massage onto lightly wet skin on the face and neck. Rinse thoroughly and pat the skin dry. Follow with the remainder of your routine. Use 2 times daily.

You’ll get the best results from any product by starting with freshly cleaned skin, so make PREP gentle cleanser the first step in your routine.

STEP 2: (optional) toner
Remove any debris leftover after your skin cleanser, balance the skin's pH, and prep skin for the rest of your routine.

STEP 3: OS-01 EYE
Follow your toner with our peptide eye cream to hydrate this sensitive skin area.

STEP 4: OS-01 FACE
Use this topical face cream as a daily moisturizer to lock in hydration and target aging at the source.

STEP 5: (optional) treatments
This includes heavier moisturizers, additional serums, retinoids, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C.

STEP 6: OS-01 FACE SPF
Protect against UV damage and premature skin aging with this peptide sunscreen as a final skin prep step.

STEP 7: (optional) make-up
