Unlike many nappies that offer only a few hours of leak protection, Rascals Premium Nappies keep your baby dry for up to 12 hours. Other brands may cause irritation, but Rascals use feather-soft, hypoallergenic materials that are dermatologically tested to be safe on sensitive skin. UK standard delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.

Next working day

For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.

International

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.

For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

1. Open the fresh nappy outward, so the inside is facing up toward you.

2. Open the strong grip tabs (on either side of the nappy), untuck the triple leak guards (elastic sides that run down the nappy) and leg cuffs (ruffled-like material).

3. Gently raise your baby’s legs and lower body by their ankles, and slide the fresh nappy underneath. Their bum should be in the middle of the nappy.

4. Lay them back down on the nappy and pull the front of the nappy between their legs and up toward their tummy. The Rascals logo should be facing you.

5. Before fastening the nappy, make sure the leg cuffs (ruffled material) and leak guards (elastic material inside the leg cuff) are untucked. This will help prevent leaks.

6. To secure the nappy, pull the grip tabs over your baby’s hip and fasten it comfortably. There is one on either side. To ensure a comfy fit, you should be able to run a finger inside the nappy along the waistband. This indicates that the nappy isn’t too tight or loose. The tabs are designed to be resealable, so you can readjust them to get the perfect fit.
