Made from heat-retaining Terraclay™, this gently weighted neck wrap provides targeted Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) to help alleviate neck pain, shoulder tension, and back pressure. The wrap can be heated for comforting warmth or chilled in the freezer to cool sore muscles, offering versatile relief for everyday discomfort. Its ergonomic design ensures a secure fit, staying comfortably in place while you move. Whether at home, work, or on the go, the Calmer helps to relax stressed muscles, offering a deep, calming effect that helps restore balance and reduce tension. For soothing warmth, heat the Calmer in the microwave (800-1000 watts) for 60 seconds inside the Terra Tote. To keep your warmable safe and snuggly, do not heat without the Terra Tote. If your Calmer is not as warm as you’d like, you can reheat it in 30 second intervals. For even heat distribution, rotate the Terra Tote 180º between each reheat and check if any part’s temperature is too high. After heating, the warmth will last up to 1 hour.

For cooling calm, we recommend chilling the Calmer in the freezer for one hour or more inside the Terra Tote.
