Sizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from Picual olives harvested in November and December, when the fruit is more mature and develops a naturally milder flavour. These olives are easier to pick and produce a smooth, well-rounded oil suited to daily cooking.

Cold-pressed and never blended, Sizzle is 100% extra virgin and well-suited for use over heat due to the natural stability of the Picual variety. Whether sautéing, roasting, or frying, this oil performs reliably without overpowering the dish.

Sizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from ripe Picual olives harvested in November, during the peak of the season when the fruit is juicier and more relaxed in flavour. These mature olives yield more oil—just 13 pounds are needed to produce one litre—resulting in a smoother, milder taste.
