Always spray on clean dry skin. Can be used on any part of the body, except avoid eyes, sensitive skin areas, broken skin or rashes.
To Sweat: Use before a workout to proactively replenish magnesium you're about to sweat out or before a sauna blanket session to increase microcirculation and enhance sweat.
To soothe sore muscles: Post workout, spray on sore muscles to soothe and relax any aches.
