Shake well before use. Take 30 drops (1 mL) 1 to 3 times a day, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Can be taken directly by mouth or added to water. For best results, use daily for one month, take 2 weeks off, then use again daily for 2-4 weeks at a time.
