Core Prenatal (2 capsules per pack): This foundational blend features activated folate to support maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, choline for normal lipid metabolism, and iron for normal red blood cell formation. Omega DHA + EPA (1 soft gel per pack): Delivers 375 mg of Omega-3s (250 mg DHA + 100 mg EPA). DHA supports the maintenance of normal brain function and vision, while EPA and DHA together contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Folate + Anti-Nausea Blend (1 capsule per pack): Provides 825 mcg of methylfolate, the active form of folate, to support normal maternal tissue growth and normal blood formation during pregnancy.
