Shipping

At Healf, we prioritize safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DPD.

UK standard delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.

Next working day

For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.

International

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.

For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

PAIRING

With the Sleep Headphones charged and powered off**, hold the o button down until the LED flashes blue (it will briefly flash white before it starts flashing blue).

A blue flashing light indicates that the Sleep Headphones are in pairing mode and discoverable by your Phone.

On your Phone, open Settings, make sure Bluetooth is enabled and search for nearby devices. Tap on Philips Sleep Headphones to pair (once paired they will automatically connect)

**To switch off the Sleep Headphones. Hold down the power button until the LED flashes white 3 times.

CONNECTING:

Once paired, the Sleep Headphones will automatically connect to your Phone every time they are turned on (as long as your Phone has its Bluetooth enabled)

You can check that your Sleep Headphones are connected to the Kokoon app at any time. This is indicated by the battery icon in the top middle of the ‘Kokoon’ view in the app.

Charging Your Philips Sleep Headphones:

Connect to Power: Use the provided USB-A to USB-C cable to plug your headphones into a wall adapter. Avoid charging via lamps, cars, or USB-only ports.

Charging Indicator: When plugged in, the LED will flash green four times to indicate charging has started.

While Charging: The LED will remain off. Press the O button to check the status—flashing green means charging, solid green means fully charged.

Fully Charged: The LED turns solid green when you press the O button or unplug the headphones.

Charging Time: Charge for at least 60 minutes before a full night’s sleep.

Important: The headphones cannot be used while charging.
