KIKI Health's Organic Matcha Powder is a ceremonial grade Matcha, the highest quality green tea powder available. It is made from the youngest tea leaves, with the stems and veins entirely removed, promising a very delicate taste and extremely fine texture. Japanese tea culture was developed in Kyoto and used for nearly a millennium in tea ceremonies. Grown and produce close to the river in fertile rich soil, using traditional techniques to grow the highest grade Matcha paossible. Only the first young, most tender leaves are picked in each spring harvest. They are shadow grown - avoiding direct sunlight, which stimulates chlorophyll growth. They are then milled into a fine powder to create an ultra fine, vibrant green powder. How do I return my product?
We offer free 365 day UK returns to all of our customers! Simply contact us via team@healf.com and we will send you a return slip and arrange a collection if helpful.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally! We put all international orders in tracked shipping to make sure it arrives safely and expect this to take 5-10 working days depending on the country, however occasionally international orders can get held up either in customs or due to courier delays (especially since Brexit) and so we ask that you wait up to a maximum of 4 weeks for your order to arrive. All relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How will I know once my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed, but you will always receive an email from one of our Customer Wellbeing team beforehand if this is the case.
