Supergut® Resistant Starch Fiber Blend [Soluble Vegetable Fiber (Maize), Green Banana Powder Resistant Starch, Solnul® (Resistant Potato Starch), Beta Glucan (Oats)].

Add Liberally. From coffee and matcha to oatmeal and yogurt, simply add to your favorite foods & drinks.

Mix Thoroughly. Some of our fiber is insoluble which is ideal for your gut but less so for, well, solubility. Give a good stir!

Start Slowly. Start with 1 serving and gradually increase to 2-3 per day to help hit the overall goal of 30g fiber.
