Use your ice roller at room temperature or cold from the fridge.

If you choose to store your ice roller in the freezer, be sure to thaw it once it’s removed.

Slightly warm up your ice roller by rolling it 8+ times on your wrist or arm to avoid skin damage or first degree burns. Do not use if your ice roller has ice or moisture on it to avoid cold burns.

Can be used before or after skincare and makeup. Use it to soothe any area of your body.

PROPER USE: Allow roller to warm slightly before use. Before use, test on wrist or arm (8+ rolls) prior to use on face. Glide using gentle, continuous pressure, do not let the ice roller sit in one area on your skin. Do not freeze ice roller wet, can cause dry ice which may cause cold burns. Clean after each use.
