At Healf, we prioritize safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DPD.

UK standard delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.

Next working day

For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.

International

International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.

For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.

Select the Optimal Finger:
Choose the finger and hand for wearing the ring. Try it on your index, middle, and ring fingers for the best fit. Avoid the thumb and little finger, as accuracy is best on the other fingers.

Opt for a Secure Fit:
Once you’ve selected a finger, position the sensor ridges on the palm side. Ensure the ring fits comfortably yet securely at the base, maintaining stable contact without discomfort. If your skin touches the full inner circumference and moves with the ring, you've found a good fit. Check sizes up and down to confirm.

Take the Two-Night Sizing Test:
Keep the ring on overnight for at least two nights to assess fit, as fingers expand and contract naturally. Monitor how it feels during different tasks and times of the day. A snug fit is essential for accurate data tracking.

Verify Your Size:
If you're unsure between sizes, try each size on your index, middle, and ring fingers on both hands. Choose fingers where the base and knuckle widths are similar. A loose ring won't capture biomarkers accurately, so select a snug fit that works on multiple fingers to accommodate fluctuations.

Final Checklist:
-The ring fits snugly at the base of your finger.
-The sensor ridge is on the palm side.
-Your skin moves with the ring when you rotate it.
-The ring feels snug yet comfortable during the Two-Night Sizing test.
Once you’ve checked these, you’re ready to submit your size.

Scan the QR code on the sizing kit to submit your choice. Log in with the same email used for your Ultrahuman purchase. Find the submission option under the home tab and ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
