This week, Healf appointed world-renowned DJ and producer Calvin Harris as Healf’s Chief Wellbeing Officer, where he will help shape the company’s product curation and help the company discover the emerging brands, breakthrough ideas, and rituals shaping the future of wellbeing.
“I’m thrilled to contribute to a company that values individuality, innovation, and science-backed solutions. Joining Healf as Chief Wellbeing Officer is an exciting opportunity to help people find what works for them in their everyday lives,” said Harris.
The award-winning DJ has been at the heart of the global wellbeing conversation for over a decade. “Whether you’re on a stage in front of thousands of people or in the studio with just a few, you can always tell where someone’s energy is at,” Harris said. “I do my best work when I feel physically and mentally strong and that comes from prioritising my wellbeing outside of those spaces.”
To do that, Harris went sober. He started paying attention to what’s in his food, and these days, loves growing his own. Whether it’s cold plunging or calisthenics, he makes time for movement that feels good. Breathwork and meditation are in his rotation, not only because they boost his creativity, but because they help his mindset when he’s on the road and touring. Harris also makes sure to get sunshine first thing in the morning, even if he’s up late playing a set. In many ways, he’s a perfect blueprint of the Healf gospel — that wellbeing changes everything.
Early on, Healf connected with Harris over shared values about the power of wellbeing and the company’s Four Pillars™ – EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP — which guide that philosophy. What started as a conversation shared over watermelon juice in Ibiza, became a moment of deep synergy and partnership.
For co-founder Max Clarke, Harris brought a fresh perspective and really understood what it looked like to make wellbeing personal. “Calvin lives a version of wellbeing that rejects rules and prescriptions — grounded instead in science, intuition, experimentation, performance, and joy,” says Clarke. “At Healf, we embody that philosophy completely.”
