Last weekend, Healf hosted the inaugural Healf Experience (HX25), bringing together some of their major global wellbeing brand partners and over 30 of the most influential thought leaders in health and science for a first-of-its-kind immersive wellbeing event in London.
The event, hosted over three days, from October 3rd to 5th, at London’s iconic 180 Studios, built on Healf’s mission to enhance lives through personalised wellbeing using The Four Pillars™ — EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP — by offering mainstage keynotes, intimate masterclasses, expert-led workshops, and exclusive brand activations and pop ups hosted by industry leaders like Momentous, Oura, and WHOOP.
Most importantly, this event embodies Healf’s mission to expand beyond a marketplace to start conversations about what the future of wellbeing looks like and to foster an authentic, engaged community that centres on that idea. Through investing in and hosting live events, Healf is bringing together brand partners and live audiences to connect and build upon that vision, and create a vibrant new wellbeing movement that centres on personalised solutions that help people live better.
From keynote talks and panels with human biologist and biohacker Gary Brecka and neuroscientist Tara Swart, to functional fitness experiences, breathwork seminars, and a live podcast recording with biohacker Kayla Barnes-Lentz, the 20+ different events allowed attendees to explore wellbeing in a way that was not just thought-provoking, but hands-on and transformative. “HX25 wasn’t just about showcasing wellbeing — it was about enabling our community to experience it in meaningful ways,” says Max Clarke, Healf co-founder.
While the immersion was financially successful, it also served as a crucial reminder of how sought-after an educational, accessible, and inclusive pathway into the wellbeing space is for global audiences. Healf welcomed over 4,000 visitors across the three-day event, with thousands of people gaining essential insights into their health and wellbeing in a way that felt both meaningful and personal. “This event felt like a reminder that the next wave of wellness isn’t about perfection, but about presence,” said attendee Rose Leah Saltiel.
This event was the first in a series of events and activations Healf plans to launch — with HX26 currently in development — as more people seek to take control of their health and connect through wellbeing and community.
