After sharing some of our Alcohol Free locations in London, it only seems right to keep sharing the recipes we know and love. Following the latest launch of the Soho House Alcohol Free Menu, we're staying spicy and salty with this twist on a picante.
Differing from our Salty Spicy Marg, this bold twist on a classic spicy Margarita features an extra kick of cayenne to ignite your senses and elevate your cocktail game. Perfect for those who crave a fiery edge, it’s a drink that promises to tantalise your taste buds and keep you coming back for more.
Using the Three Spirit Livener that contains herbs such as Ginseng, Green Tea and Guava leaf that are known for their excretory and energising for a pre-party kick.
Serves 1
50ml Three Spirit Livener
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
12.5ml Agave Syrup
3 basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Add all your liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker, slap the basil leaves to release the aroma and add along with plenty of cubed ice.
Shake hard to mix, chill and dilute.
Pour through a strainer, over cubed ice into a rocks glass, make sure you get all the liquid and 'foam' out of the shaker and into the glass.
Garnish with a basil leaf and a slice of jalapeño.
Enjoy the fire!
