Ideal for individuals and smaller households, its compact design includes a 64 oz glass carafe, allowing you to pour plastic-free and store chilled water in your fridge. Featuring AquaTru’s patented 4-stage Ultra Reverse Osmosis® technology, it removes over 90% of contaminants, ensuring the purest drinking water.
The intuitive control panel alerts you when to change filters or perform maintenance, keeping your purifier in top shape. Tested to NSF standards, the AquaTru Carafe provides long-lasting filters that last between 6 months and 2 years. Enjoy access to clean, pure water whenever you need it.
AquaTru countertop purifiers provide clean, safe water directly from your tap using advanced Ultra Reverse Osmosis® Technology. This system recirculates the water, concentrating contaminants in the tap water tank, ensuring more water is filtered with less waste. It begins by removing sediment and chlorine, followed by high-pressure filtration to eliminate over 90% of total dissolved solids (TDS). The water is then recycled to reduce waste, passing through a VOC filter before being stored in a clean tank.
AquaTru purifiers are also third-party tested to meet NSF/ANSI standards, ensuring reliable performance and effective contaminant removal for up to 1200 gallons—delivering safe, clean filtered water right from the comfort of your own home. At Healf, we prioritize safe and fast delivery for all our customers. Our carefully selected couriers are Royal Mail and DPD.
UK standard delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above £50, this option usually requires 2-3 working days. If your order is under £50, this delivery option is available for £3.99.
Next working day
For when you need our products urgently, we offer next working day shipping for £5.99. For orders placed before 12.00, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day.
International
International deliveries can take 7 working days, and up to 4 weeks. The cost is £22.99 for orders below £50, £49.95 for orders above.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365-day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com, and we'll send you a return slip and help arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging. Once received, we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
Please read the instruction manual included with your AquaTru Carafe before first use to ensure proper handling and maintenance.
Note:
The tap water carafe is NOT dishwasher safe.
The glass carafe is dishwasher safe, however, manually washing the glass lid is recommended to avoid damage.
