To initiate a return, simply contact us at team@healf.com. We'll send you a return slip and arrange a collection if helpful. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it, inside the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email about the refund status. For international returns, unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost. How do I return my product?
We offer free 365 day UK returns to all of our customers! Simply contact us via team@healf.com and we will send you a return slip and arrange a collection if helpful.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally! We put all international orders in tracked shipping to make sure it arrives safely and expect this to take 5-10 working days depending on the country, however occasionally international orders can get held up either in customs or due to courier delays (especially since Brexit) and so we ask that you wait up to a maximum of 4 weeks for your order to arrive. All relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How will I know once my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed, but you will always receive an email from one of our Customer Wellbeing team beforehand if this is the case.
