Psyllium Intensive is a nutrient-rich powder blend combining fibre, live bacteria, and natural fruit extracts. Each serving provides psyllium husk, which contributes to maintaining normal intestinal transit, alongside prebiotic fibres inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS). The formula also contains prune and pectin, together with the LAB4 complex of live bacteria, a combination of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium strains that has been widely studied.

Psyllium Husk (Plantago ovata Husks), Fructooligosaccharides (Cichorium intybus Root), Inulin (Cichorium intybus Root), Prune Juice Powder Extract (Prunus domestica Fruit), Pectin (Malus sp. Fruit), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum & Bifidobacterium lactis.
2 heaped teaspoons (approx.10 grams) daily, mixed into 200ml water and taken with food, or as professionally directed.
