The Sand Ruck Plate offers exceptional versatility and durability, making it an ideal choice for rucking and varied training routines. Ideal for travel, you can pack it unfilled in your carry-on, then simply fill it with sand when you arrive and begin your workout right away.

Designed to match the size of a standard Ruck Plate, it fits seamlessly into both pockets of the Rucker 4.0 and is compatible with various Ruck Plate Carriers. Featuring three interior chambers, the plate prevents bulges and ensures even load distribution, maintaining a sleek shape for easy insertion and removal from your plate pocket. The ballistic nylon bottom, reinforced with 1-inch webbing, provides robust abrasion resistance and long-lasting performance. This also comes with an integrated funnel system, complemented by a Velcro top closure and additional zipper panel, which facilitates effortless filling and ensures the sand remains securely in place. The heavy-duty YKK zippers offer reliable, secure closure, while the reinforced handles make handling and carrying the plate simple and convenient.

Aside from rucking, this is also perfect for movements like carries and kettlebell swings, making it a valuable addition to your fitness gear.

The Sand Ruck Plates is built to mimic both sizes of the Ruck Plates. The 10LB Plate fits anywhere a Standard Ruck Plate would: use it in both pockets of a Rucker 4.0, and a Standard Ruck Plate Carrier.
