Rosita 5 Seaweed Blend combines sea spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata), Atlantic wakame (Alaria esculenta), dulse (Palmaria palmata), bladder wrack (Fucus vesiculosus), and spiral wrack (Fucus spiralis). This blend offers a natural source of iodine from whole, dried seaweeds. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function, normal skin, and the normal production of thyroid hormones.
