Each capsule provides 350 mg of Chaga extract at a 9–11:1 ratio. That means 1,000 g of mushroom is used to produce 9 g of extract. Chaga, also known as Inonotus obliquus, is a mushroom traditionally used in herbal practice and valued for its naturally occurring plant compounds.
