To help with milk supply and quality, Wild Nutrition Breastfeeding Complex contains Stinging Nettle and Fenugreek, herbs known for boosting milk production. The natural, food-grown formula also includes Selenium, Iron, and Zinc for healing and immunity, plus Vitamin B12 to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
