Healf Experience is back.
Last year, over 5,000 people attended HX25, the UK's first-ever immersive wellbeing experience, and left with a completely different understanding of what wellbeing can be. This summer, from June 20 to 21 at 180 Studios London, we're raising the bar and taking things to the next level. Whether you're listening to talks by thought leaders, exploring some of the world's most innovative wellbeing brands, or taking part in exclusive workshops, HX26 is designed with your wellbeing in mind.
There's something for everyone — the biohackers, the curious-minded explorers, and those just getting started on their wellbeing journey — and you get to experience it all in one immersive weekend.
Here's what you can expect to find when you attend HX26.
At HX26, there are three different ticket types to choose from to help guide your journey.
If you're interested in attending specific talks, keep in mind that it's first-come, first-served, and availability can fluctuate based on how many seats are filled by Peak and Plus ticketholders. Workshops are also designated for Peak and Plus tickets only.
Explore the ticket types and pricing here.
At HX26, you get to curate exactly what your wellbeing exploration and experience looks like, and how you want to spend your time.
Doors will open at 9 a.m., with talks and panels starting at 10 a.m. and continuing throughout the day. Each day features roughly 10 different talks, with priority seats given to Peak and Plus ticketholders. The brand village will be open all day, from 9 a.m. until doors close at 7 p.m., and 35 different workshops and brand activations will take place throughout the weekend.
Coffee, matcha, smoothies by Smoov, snacks, and lunch (all healthy of course) will be available for purchase throughout the event.
The experience spans three different floors of 180 Studios, with talks taking place on the lower level Mainstage, the Brand Village, where you can explore new brands, get free samples, and meet the Healf team on the ground floor, and various workshops (like workouts, breathwork, immersive activities) on the first floor. Throughout the day, you'll be able to move seamlessly across floors, whether you're popping in to a keynote speech, or wandering around the Brand Village to explore and get samples before making your way to an afternoon activation. There is also lots of open space where you can meet and connect with other wellbeing-obsessed people in attendance, bringing a brilliant mix of buzzing energy with plenty of space to still relax and explore on your own.
From world-renowned neuroscientists to leading experts in nutrition, sleep, skincare, and longevity, we're bringing the brightest minds in the industry together to talk about the future of health and wellbeing. Each day, you can attend talks, panels, fireside chats, and keynote speeches from a host of forward-thinking speakers that deliver the latest science-backed insights that actually move the needle on how you feel, perform, and age. Each talk will last between 45 minutes to an hour.
The lineup includes everyone from Rose Ferguson and Gary Brecka, to Dr. Barbara Sturm and Dr. Tara Swart. And, in his first-ever live talk in the UK, Andrew Huberman, neuroscientist and host of the world's top health podcast, Huberman Lab, will arrive on stage to share his insights on wellbeing over optimisation, spirituality, and his new book, Protocols, exclusively at HX26. Remember, seats for this talk are only guaranteed for Peak ticketholders and available on a first come, first served basis to Plus ticketholders.

HX26 isn't just about learning, it's about doing. So, if you're not attending a talk, there are also countless workshops for Peak and Plus ticketholders to attend throughout the weekend. Two weeks before the event, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to download and book classes through our app.
These exclusive workshops, which run throughout the day, include everything from red light meditation to somatic movement, Pilates, and breathwork — and more. Each will be led by an expert guide or instructor, and take you on a different journey.
Kevin “The Lion” Lilly who co-founded Heart & Hustle, an LA gym that trains everyone from Calvin Harris to Adele, will be in the HX26 studio for a personal session set to redefine your strength and performance. You can also test out Sanctum's breakthrough mindful movement workout, take a class with celebrity trainer Kirsty Godso in her first-ever UK Pyro class, or flow through a yoga session that combines modern movement science and ancestral Vinyasa with Adam Husler.
For those looking to improve their mindfulness practice, Valentina Marzola will also be showcasing the AIRENA method — breathwork that goes well beyond nervous system calm to maximise energy and sharpen mental clarity.
The HX26 Brand Village brings together a curated collection of the world's best wellbeing brands under one roof, with experts on hand to guide your journey. From cutting-edge recovery tech like Oura, Eight Sleep, Nurosym, and HigherDOSE to breakthrough supplements from Momentous, Thorne, and Pure Encapsulations, you'll get hands-on access to the tools practitioners trust.
You'll also be able to explore brands like AG1, Ka'Chava, Bare Biology, Quicksilver Scientific, Codeage, Ka'Chava, and The Ultimate Human, who are pushing the edges of what's possible in personalised health. The full list includes:
