Chinese Chunmee Green tea, Cocoa nibs, Ginger, Beetroot, Liquorice, Green Cardamom, Natural Flavouring

With hot water - add teabag to hot water at 80°C for 3 minutes.

With cold water - throw into water bottle and shake.
