Tempest BlueSync - Mountain Forest uses proprietary BlueSync pigment technology to control exactly which wavelengths reach your eyes. The lens blocks harmful UV and high-energy visible light in the 400–450 nm range, reducing cellular stress from prolonged exposure. It selectively enhances circadian blue light around 480 nm to support natural energy and alertness. At the same time, it fully transmits healing red and near-infrared light and keeps the rest of the visible spectrum in optimal balance. Use BlueSync in the morning and throughout the day whenever you want a natural boost in energy, focus, mood, and productivity. It can be used during activities such as walking, running, hiking, training, playing sports, or working.
BlueSync can be used indoors, but its effects are strongest in daylight, especially near large windows. Discontinue use in the late afternoon or whenever you want to start winding down for the day. If needed, it can also be used in the late afternoon or evening, keeping in mind this may disrupt your natural sleep cycle.
