Ingredients

Suggested use
Mix 2 scoops (6g fiber) with 12-16 fl oz of your preferred liquid daily. Mix into meals, smoothies, or shakes.
Post-workout or evening intake often works well, especially if you train intensely earlier in the day.
Drink shortly after mixing for a lighter texture — Fiber+ will thicken over time.
Should not be taken within two hours before or after taking iron.
