EAT
Protein first. It keeps my energy stable, supports my mood, reduces cravings, and helps me feel grounded rather than reactive. When I prioritise protein, everything else tends to fall into place without overthinking food.
MOVE
Walking is my non negotiable. It clears my head, regulates my nervous system, and makes me feel so energised. I particularly love walks in the freezing cold. I wear lots of layers but my face gets nice and cold which is great for de-puffing!
MIND
Gratitude. Every single day. It anchors me back into the present, shifts my perspective when my mind wants to spiral, and reminds me of what is already working in my life. It is one of the simplest and most powerful tools I have.
SLEEP
Protecting my sleep is the overarching non-negotiable. Consistent bedtimes, winding down properly, keeping my room cool and treating it as a priority. When my sleep is solid, I think more clearly, regulate my emotions better, handle stress with more ease, and naturally make better choices across everything else. Sleep is the foundation.
