Great supplement

Very good product this is what expected from Healf

I have been taking a curcumin root extract for over a year now, and have had good success with it, with regard to the age related knee stiffness I have. Prior to purchasing the Pure Encapsulations Curcumin, I was taking a standardised to 95 percent curcuminoids. However, it wasn't a patented extract (like this Pure Encapsulations one is) and it was highly likely that it was a generic off the shelf extract. I had prior experience with other Pure Encapsulations products, and I've been very impressed with their clean, minimal ingredients list, and also their exceptionally high quality products. Prior to purchase of this Curcumin, I researched extensively the patented Curcumin C3 Complex extract that this product has in it, and discovered that it is the most clinically studied curcumin extract in the world, supported by over 65 scientific publications and clinical trials. I also like the fact that the C3 Complex features the full spectrum of curcuminoids (curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin) this is not something I have seen in another product that I have looked at. I've been taking this for just over one month, and the age related knee stiffness I mentioned above, has certainly lessened a noticeable amount more than it did with the other product I was taking previously. I have also noticed, that sometimes with the other product I was taking before this, on some days I would find it would lessen the knee stiffness less than on other days. But put it down to just having one of those days, and was just feeling the knee stiffness a bit more on that particular day. Whereas the Pure Encapsulations does a better job at reducing the knee stiffness overall, than the other product I was taking, but also the Pure Encapsulations is more consistent, and by that I mean, I don't find on some days it works better or less than on other days, like I found with the other product I was taking previously. Just for information purposes, I take two capsules daily, after I have had my breakfast. This is certainly going to be a repeat order for me, and it will be remaining in my daily stack. I have been extremely impressed with anything I have purchased from Pure Encapsulations, and also from Healf in general.
