RETURNS POLICY:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 365 day UK returns for all our customers. To initiate your return, simply contact us at team@healf.com and we’ll send you a return slip and help to arrange a collection. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received, and inside the original packaging. Once received we will notify you via email.
For international returns, we unfortunately do not cover the cost. However, we work with an array of carriers and can offer self-posting returns for customers shopping from outside the UK.
Suggested Use
For skin: Add 5 drops of vitamin E oil to 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil and massage into skin. Or add 5 drops to your favorite natural moisturizer.
For hair: Mix 5 drops of vitamin E oil with 1 tablespoon of argan oil and apply to hair ends and work it into each strand and let sit for an hour. Then rinse with shampoo and conditioner. Or add 1 teaspoon to a natural shampoo or conditioner and use as directed.
For the scalp: Mix 5 drops of vitamin E oil with 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil. Massage into the scalp and then rinse with shampoo and conditioner.

How do I return my product?
We offer free 365 day UK returns to all of our customers! Simply contact us via team@healf.com and we will send you a return slip and arrange a collection if helpful.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally! We put all international orders in tracked shipping to make sure it arrives safely and expect this to take 5-10 working days depending on the country, however occasionally international orders can get held up either in customs or due to courier delays (especially since Brexit) and so we ask that you wait up to a maximum of 4 weeks for your order to arrive. All relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How will I know once my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed, but you will always receive an email from one of our Customer Wellbeing team beforehand if this is the case.
