Pour one tablespoon of Castor Oil onto the soft cotton side of the pack. Place the Castor Oil Pack over your child's liver area (right side below rib cage), and tie it in place.
Your child must wear the Castor Oil Pack for a minimum of one hour, or overnight so they can cleanse while they sleep.
