Omega-3 content per dose: One small capsule has 560mg DHA. The EFSA states DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function at 250mg per day.
Wild, Sustainably Caught Fish: We only work with Norwegian fisheries and manufacturers certified by both Friends of the Sea and the Marin Trust. We never use farmed fish, only small wild fish which are right at the bottom of the food chain, meaning they contain fewer heavy metals and other pollutants such as PCBs.
IFOS Certified Purity: Every batch is independently tested on top of the two sets of tests we carry out. Your guarantee the oil is pure, fresh and safe. Our results are published below. Our fish oils don't contain iodine and are tested for radioactivity.
Easily Digested: Our fish oils are super fresh so they're gentle on sensitive tummies and never cause fishy burps. They're also in the natural triglyceride form which is easier for the body to absorb.
Fish Gelatin Capsules: All of our capsules are made from sustainably sourced fish gelatin, we don’t use beef or pork in any of our products, which means they’re OK for pescatarians.

What is your shipping policy?
We use Royal Mail and DPD depending on who fits our criteria best for your order.

How do I return my product?
We offer free 365 day UK returns to all of our customers! Simply contact us via team@healf.com and we will send you a return slip and arrange a collection if helpful.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally! We put all international orders in tracked shipping to make sure it arrives safely and expect this to take 5-10 working days depending on the country, however occasionally international orders can get held up either in customs or due to courier delays (especially since Brexit) and so we ask that you wait up to a maximum of 4 weeks for your order to arrive. All relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How will I know once my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed, but you will always receive an email from one of our Customer Wellbeing team beforehand if this is the case.
