Brilliant iron boost plus other goodness. I am taking this with lunch and dinner to replete my iron, as I react badly to all other iron supplements I've tried. No reaction with this, all good, and I am noticing improvements in my symptoms. Just starting my second batch. Will retest levels soon to confirm.
