Suggested use
Dosage guidelines:
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (4g) twice a day or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Bodybuilders: Take 6g twice daily.
Dissolve in clean, filtered water and follow with a glass of water to wash down. Take at least 30 minutes away from any food or other supplements.

Good product.
I was advised by my naturopath to use this to detox from all the toxins we're inhaling/ingesting on a daily basis. I believe it's working, I definitely have more energy. I do take it along with vitamin c. It's a very clean, good quality product and I'll continue to use it.
