AOR NMN-250 delivers 250mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide per capsule, a naturally occurring compound and direct precursor to NAD+.
NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body and involved in hundreds of metabolic reactions. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age. NMN is a direct NAD+ precursor, entering the NAD+ biosynthesis pathway more directly than nicotinamide riboside, which must first be converted into NMN before proceeding. AOR provides NMN-250 as a standalone, moderate-dose formulation with no additional ingredients. Research into NMN supplementation in humans is ongoing.
