Honestly, I can’t recommend this enough! I haven’t had a full night’s sleep in over a year, and since taking this, I’ve been sleeping right through the night. I take it about an hour before bed and it completely knocks me out. I wake up feeling like I’ve actually had a proper night’s sleep for once.
This has transformed my sleep. I have a lot of anxiety and high cortisol which was waking me up at 3 am every morning. Since I started taking these before bed I now sleep through till 6 and feel more rested. My teenage son has also used these to help with anxiety.
