Osteo Intensive is a high-strength powdered blend of key nutrients designed to support bones and muscles. Each serving provides calcium and magnesium in citrate forms, vitamin D3 from vegan cholecalciferol, and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7, alongside silica from bamboo extract, boron, and manganese.

Vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, and manganese all contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, with vitamin D and magnesium also supporting normal muscle function. These nutrients are provided in well-absorbed forms to support daily wellbeing.

Ingredients
Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Bamboo Extract (Bambusa Vulgaris Leaf), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Sodium Borate, Manganese Citrate.
Suggested use
2 level 5ml teaspoons (approx. 5g), or as professionally directed, stirred directly into water, or blended into a smoothie. Take daily with food.

    I have used this ‘mix’

    I have used this ‘mix’ for a couple of years now after a dexa scan showed osteoporosis in my hips. It’s a brilliant blend and has everything and more that you need for treating thinning bones. I ran my choice through ChatGPT to ensure I had chosen the best option and it was very impressed and said there wasn’t anything quite as comprehensive elsewhere on the market. Without another dexa scan I can’t be sure it’s helping but I’m very happy with it.

    Seems like a good powder and the right amount of Calcium to be split into two doses a day and with the right supplements to contribute to its assimilation in the body… would need additional vitamin C but that can be bought separately i suppose.
