More energy
This brand has been the best I have tried, it is so easy to take, no bad taste. I take 3 drops in the morning in an empty stomach and it doesn't upset my stomach. I notice more energy throughout the day as well as a more peaceful and better mood. Very happy with this company.

The best supplement I have tried
Spent most of my life feeling tired and have tried all sorts of supplements. The Iodine has really done the trick - so easy to take 3 drops per day. I no longer fall asleep in the afternoon and, at 70, I look forward to getting more done.
