Methyl B12 & Folate combines vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) with folate provided as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate. Each tablet delivers 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 and 1700 mcg DFE of folate together with the Perfect Amino® EAA & NA proprietary blend.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to normal blood formation and contributes to normal psychological function.

The tablet also contains a proprietary amino acid blend together with ingredients including xylitol, stevia, monk fruit extract, natural flavours, and Himalayan salt.
