Purchased to support gut barrier health. The instructions say it can be taken with/without food and water - I’ve been mixing it with room temp water using a mini electric-whisk. It doesn’t dissolve completely but enough to drink easily. It has a slightly milky taste, as you might expect! After taking each day for a month I’ve not noticed a discernible impact on bloating but would imagine I need to give it at least 3 months. No adverse impact.
